As a Client Manager you are part of our delivery team, leading customer projects but working partly also in sales role, innovating and identifying opportunities to deepen the customer relationship and to help our customers to drive their digital transformation agendas with our services.

You have direct responsibility on delivering successful and profitable customer projects with our cross-functional consulting teams. You communicate fluently with client stakeholders, our creative design teams and software developers in our cross-functional client teams. You are able to channel the teams passion and expertise towards solving the right business goal for your client. Consultative approach and previous experience from delivering digital services or products is a must in this role so that the customer is able to keep you as their trusted advisor. You network easily and naturally with decision makers and other business stakeholders in the customer organization.

Our clients are leading large and mid-size Finnish and international corporations and public sector organisations. Your home base will be located either in our modern studio at the heart of Helsinki or Stockholm, and a lot of the work can be done remotely. Due to emphasis of building relationships with Finnish customers we expect as a must that you are fluent in written and spoken Finnish, although English is our official company language and you would be working in a highly international team where diversity and inclusion are part of our core values. Skills in Swedish are a plus, but not mandatory.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
We are looking for someone with solid experience of project management and client management. Ideal candidate has education (Masters degree preferred) in the field of Technology, Engineering or Business but more important than that is a relevant background from leading digital projects where the outcome is a combination of tech and design and where you have been able to transfer the customer’s business needs to solutions that are built in your team. We’re looking for a shining star who has already earned their spurs in leading successful projects but also feels that the curiosity towards new innovative solutions drives them forward to changing the world towards better end-customer experience and more sustainable solutions.

What we look for in an ideal candidate:

·       5+ years of experience within the field of agile project management creating digital services, containing project scope management, project profitability management, project team management and managing the customer expectations Experience on leading projects where the outcome is a combination of tech and design Substance matter expertise on the areas of tech and design to the extent that you are able to create project plans from sales materials, to challenge the work estimates given by the team and to manage the project scope

·       Consultative mindset, ability to transfer the business needs into solutions and to demonstrate the value of a solid business case

·       Ability to innovate and pilot new ideas and build new digital services together with the customer and the project team

·       Interest towards new technologies Expertise on managing subcontractors and their agreements

·       Networking skills

·       Strong Communication Skills in Finnish and English. Swedish is advantage but not mandatory

·       Someone that people enjoy working with
